2. Do not charge your buyers the fees that Paypal charges you to accept money. This is against Paypal's TOS and they can terminate your account there just like we will terminate yours here.

3. Do not post images of the items you have for sale unless they are your own images. Images from airsoft retailers or from other sources are not acceptable.

4. Do not spam the classifieds. One ad per item.

5. NO NON-AIRSOFT ITEMS ARE TO BE SOLD IN THE CLASSIFIEDS. Items that can be classified as "gear" can be sold such as radios/headsets/goggles/etc.

6. Your account will be terminated and AS-R will assist in any way possible in your prosecution if you "scam" another member via our website.

7. Do not offer to trade for or trade to get items that are not airsoft related.

8. No refunds will be given for ads that are in violation of the rules. It is your responsibility to properly utilize the classifieds without violation.

1. Never wire funds via Western Union, Moneygram or any other wire service - anyone who asks you to do so is a scammer.

2. Fake cashier checks & money orders are common, and banks will cash them and then hold you responsible when the fake is discovered weeks later.

3. Never give out financial information such as bank account numers, social security number, Ebay/Paypal info, etc.

4. Avoid deals involving shipping or escrow services with one party offering to pay for someone to come pick the item up via a shipping carrier.

5. Most scams involve one or more of the following: inquiry from someone far away, often in another country; Western Union, Money Gram, Cashier's check, money order, shipping, escrow service, or a "guarantee"

6. Conduct transactions with a trusted and reliable payment/escrow service that you have used in the past. AS-R HIGHLY RECOMMENDS PAYPAL payment as it offers buyers and sellers a level of protection.

7. As a seller, NEVER ship an item before you have received payment for it.

8. AS-R does not recommend participating in a "trade" since you have no guarantee that the other party will or has shipped the other end of the trade.

9. Do not send cash to anyone.

10. When listing items, ensure that the items listed for auction do not infringe upon the copyright, trademark or other rights of those third parties. By listing items for sale on this site you represent to us that your items do not infringe on the intellectual property of any third party and that you have a legal right to sell the items you list.
