3000 rounds sounds about right for a battery of that size to be honest.

Does the 1 mah per shot still apply to lipos?

I'm running a VFC 416 with stock internals, AMP High torque motor, ASCU Mosfet, and a BOL 11.1v 1800Mah 15C lipo.

The batter is fairly new, maybe 5-6 charges on it.

I'm getting about 3000 rounds per charge. According to guys I play with, they said I should be getting closer to 6-8k rounds.

Is it a bad lipo?
Crappy charger maybe?
Could it be the Mosfet draining power faster?
Or possibly the motor just pulling more power?

Simply enough

It is possible to take the WE M14 GBB and drop it into

Minus the shorter barrel of course.

Being a GBB it obviously wont have a motor which from what I've heard is limiting factor that AEG m14's have for modding.

Any input?
