EBB/Mini-Electric/LPEG/AEP / Matrix AK47 stock problem

So, I just got back from my first real game using my Matrix AK.  It performed AMAZING and outgunned the other LPEGS by an extreme amount.  Anyway, I was putting it back in its case when I notice the stock was wobbly.  I popped it back into place, but its still rather wobbly, and it's split near the metal parts with the screws.

Please help?  It won't just pop back into place.  I really don't want to resort to duct tape, since I've used my AK once.  Has anyone else had this problem?  And does anyone know why it wont just snap back into place?  I tried pushing REALLY HARD together, but to no avail.

So today I recieved my first gun, a Matrix AK (Plastic gearbox.)

I go outside to test it out, and when I turned the hop up on and fire on semi auto, I don't fire and then double fire the next shot like half the time.  I switched off the hop up, and it seemed to remedy the problem.  It did this on semi auto as well.

Is this something to be concerned about?  Do I have a problem with my hop up?  Does my gun just need a good break-in?

EDIT:  New question.  I have heard that this gun comes with a smart charger; is this true?

I was looking at a deal that seemed almost too good to be true:

Basically, is this too good to be true?  Does speedytoys have good service and such?  Are they trusty and reliable?

I just ordered my first gun, a Matrix AK-47 from http://www.airsoftgi.com

From these forums, Airsoft GI seems like a pretty solid retailer.  But I have a few questions...

How long does it take to process the order?

How long does it take to ship to somewhere around Cleveland Ohio? (UPS ground, I'm a cheap bastard.)

Do they have good service?

Is there anything in particular I should know about them?

Stuff like that.  Thanks.
