I ordered from Matchstick global about 4 weeks ago, and in 2 weeks I received both of the scopes that appeared fine. (The scopes I received are the Leupold M3 Replica scope and a Tasco 4x32 scope.) But when I took the M3 scope out of the box mounted it and tried to use it the first thing I noticed was that the distance knob was extremely hard to turn and could not be lowered below 50 yards. Once it went this far, it stopped and wouldn't turn any further, anyway I went ahead and tried the scope.
I went to shoot it outside for about 5 minutes and noticed that the magnification ring was hard to turn at times and easier at others. After shooting and adjusting it for another 5 minutes, the magnification ring just stopped functioning, and it was extremely hard to turn and even when turned it didn't effect anything.
This all occurred last Saturday. Since then I have tried to contact MSG twice, and both times have failed. The first time I used the messaging system on the site and the other time I used his email. Neither have been responded to, and now it has been a week. Every other time he responded with in 24 hours, so now I am wondering have any of you contacted him in the last week. I'm starting to worry I wasted 60 bucks on this scope, which would be a pretty big waste of money, considering I would have to buy another scope.

Nevermind he replied after ~2 weeks. Now I am probably going to have to pay another $15-20 to ship it back(at the very least) so I can get a replacement. So now I probably get a 60 dollar scope for 80.
