I don't think the lack of aftermarket parts will effect my decision because I'm more of a bare bones kind of guy. I'd rather have the more dependable one. Thanks!

Gas Discussion / king arms m4 v. kjw m4

After doing a little research, I have heard that both of these rifles are pretty good for the money. I saw that the king arms was based upon the WA gas system, which evidently is prone to failures. Yet, others praise the gun's durability. The trademarks on this gun looked beautiful and the magpul accessory package made the gun look pretty custom.

Here is the KA-> $359.99
http://www.airsplat.com/Items/GR-KA-GBB01-DE.htm

On the other hand, I have noticed that people say the KJW's are rock solid and very dependable. The finish doesn't seem to be as good but who cares if the gun performs better.

And the KJW-> $369.99
http://www.airsplat.com/Items/GR-KJW-M4-CARB.htm
(airsplat seemed to be the only USA based company that carried the KJW...)

I'm wondering if any of you have handled these rifles and could help set me on the right path on my new journey of gbbr's.

Thanks in advance, it's good to be back!

how do you get the piston out? i can field strip it fine but i cant seem to get at the internals of the upper assembly.

edit* he didnt make a mock silencer, he just added foam to the internals, take it easy with the tattle-tailing.
