As I have mentioned before in other threads - anyone can PM me directly if they are encountering issues and/or delays with our customer service department. And although no one is perfect, recently our customer service department has been rather good at responding to emails within a couple business days. Please understand that since the customer service department is closed on weekends they will be unable to respond to emails and voice mail submitted after Friday 6pm PST. If for some reason you have not received a response from us within a couple business days, I am always available to provide assistance and have already helped out several customers here on ASR.
So if you would like to help us resolve this issue then please PM me. I will be happy to work with you so that we can remedy this situation. Remember to include your order number and a phone number I can contact you at. I won't be online again until Monday morning but I will check my PMs as soon as I get in the office.
I dont want to cuase a fuss but id just liek to point this out.
With all the problems people claim to have with evike, they come here to leave retailer reviews. They should not have to go outside of normal/proper consumer/retailercommunication channels to get a reply and action started in their cause. I mean its great that evike guy helps out here but what about the newbies getting into airsoft that get screwed and dont know jack about stuff. Who do they go to when proper communication fails...........
