AEG Discussion / Re: Tokyo Marui P90 Dual Sector Gear Setup Help
« on: June 17, 2010, 09:01:35 PM »
This reminds me, should I just get a CA Sportline P90? I mean, almost everything from the gearbox is going to be replaced, and the gearbox shell is really the most important stock part. Plus CA externals > TM.
nooooooooooooo not the classic army HS gears wont fit even CA ones because its a unique gun I think or you could buy a tm shell and use that, but I say just buy a tm. Pistons use tm with AOE corrected

Gun Modifications/Parts/Accessories / Re: motor for high rof KS P90
« on: May 30, 2010, 02:18:14 PM »
I would go with the G&P m120 or matrix 3000 motor. Also the classic army super high speed is great, in my friends mp5k we got up to 23 rps stock except the motor shimming and a 9.6.

Gun Modifications/Parts/Accessories / 13;1 gear questions.
« on: May 27, 2010, 07:41:50 PM »
Hi guys im just wondering will I be able to run 13;1 gears in a p90 shooting 250 fps no teeth removed on the piston. Stock motor and just a 9.6 3800. So now my questions will the 13;1 gears actually be slowing my gun down or will it give it a increase in ROF so how fast will it be shooting? well thanks

6
Fuzzywuzzy thank you for actually anseweringy question.so you vote g&p over ca why.

7
My field is cqb hence the 85 spring. also ill say no to the lipo cause i just dont want the hassle of a lipo
so how fast is it going to be?

8
Alright for the past while I have been working on high speedish setups. So it would be great if you guys could tell if this would be a fast and reliable setup.

-first polish/deburr gearbox and piston rails
-correct the AOE on a stock TM piston
-swiss cheese it alot
-classic army super high speed motor or GP m120 motor which one?
-shimmed perfectly
-sp85 spring by guarder
-deans connectors
-9.6 1600-3800 battery
the base gun will be an echo 1 mp5j im hoping to be in excess of 20 rps. If you guys could give me a guess on the ROF and also any suggestions would be awesome thanks guys.

thanks. Slashe12 well my setup is going to be sp85 on a 9.6 with deans and classic army super high speed motor.
SGT thanks. Guys would I have a faster ROf just sticking with a high speed motor and deans. Thanks

Right now I am looking at some 13;1 ratio high speed gears for my mp5k. Since all i can really fit into the gun without taping the battery to it (not that i really care about but if I have to I will) is a 9.6 battery.
So about how much of a ROF increase can I expect with these gears on a 9.6 1500maH and well shimmed.
Thanks

Thanks for the quick responses. Well in only like 5 foot six so im not that tall. @ wash warrior yes i guess i had a typo because supressing with a shotgun in pretty much impossible, i might go with just another UTG one like my pistol grip m3 except with the stock the only reason i wanted the tsd one is since it has the long barrel i could mout RIS on it and has flashlights and such. I just love using a shotgun for many reasons.
@ MarineSGT well cqb is all i have because i dont know of any outdoor fields i my area. Well thanks guys.

Tactics / 40 inch shotgun in cqb?
« on: February 13, 2010, 06:50:04 PM »
Ok so here's the point I want to buy a TSD m3 because I love the look of the gun and i love shotguns, but the gun is around 40 inches long. I want to know if its doable because since the gun is a shotgun and its hard to supress the enemy with a replica that only shoot how ever fast you can pump the gun. So I just want to know if i could do it without to much trouble. Thanks

Tactics / Using a NBB pistol
« on: November 28, 2009, 08:07:00 PM »
Hi everyone. I'm thinking about using a NBB pistol in CQB  because at the CQB field that I play at alot of people use pistols as there primary weapon. I dont have enough money to get a GBB yet. Do you guys think it would be effective to use a NBB as a primary or at least side-arm to my g36. ALso are there any specific
ways and advantages of having a NBB. Thanks
