im making a very small ak47.  really small.  i mean so small that there is no conserviable way i can get a battery in the gun, unless i put it in the stock, but i want a folding stock for compactness.  could i mod a g36 v stock to fit an ak body?

way to make the whole project way more complicated.  im toying wiht the VSSK idea, the pictures i've seen make it look alot like a L85, but eitherway, i dont have the tools to make a body, or the knowhow to make a gearbox

oh god, some guy on arnies did it, i wish i could find it.

i saw this somewhere, but i couldnt find the link, he was selling it for $300 or something

i just think im going to buy a utg springer, cut it down, and add a really long mock silencer (330mm).  its not perfect, but i think its close enough.  i cant decide what to do for the stock, i might try it with out a stock for know, but i'll see if i can cock it after i upgrade the spring.  thanks for the sugestions, and yes it does float my boat

but as i am pinched for cash at the moment, i cant decide what will be cheaper to make, a springer of an aeg.

i can get an old cyma ak47 body from a friend, but it would need new internals, or i could just buy a cheap spring one for about $50.  any ideas?
