HOLD UP!
Lemme recommend to you Ranger Customs M28 parts.
He makes M28 parts, (cylinders, pistons, etc.).  He is going to start making a lot more as well.
You can fit S-Triggers in it with a little modification (which he has already done  ;D_ , and his parts are supposedly VERY well made.
I'm fairly sure he makes the parts as the orders come in, so it may take a little longer then a conventional retailer, but hey, the parts will never break. ;)

This week has been busy and we have a lot of content for you! New 5.11 Tactical belts, KWA's new ATP, a special HK417D, a custom made CIRAS, and event coverage of E3 2013 is all wrapped up in todays update!

5.11 has created two new belt systems. The Maverick Cobra Belt is a very
durable shooters and every day use belt. Very stiff 5088 webbing, and a
cobra buckle make this belt a true riggers belt. The Brokos Battle belt
is a new, light weight battle belt which has some very unique features.
Both belts can be found here.

Hey guys, I just got some information from PPS Airsoft about their new bolt action rifles. They are the company that manufactured the M91/30 Mosin Nagant that I reviewed here:

http://www.airsoftretreat.com/reviews/showproduct.php?product=480&title=pps-mosin-nagant-gas-rifle&cat=92

They contacted me with information about their new rifles, all of which are using real German sourced beech wood furniture and high quality metal bodies.

The models include a gas powered M700, gas powered Kar98K, and of course, the previously reviewed M91/30 Mosin Nagant, which is available in spring or gas powered, and as a standard rifle or the sniper variant.

I really like that the Kar98K and M700 appear to use the Tanaka magazine fed gas operating system, as opposed to shells used in most other Kar98Ks. You should already know that I LOVE the Mosin Nagant, and the inclusion of a real beech wood stock just makes it that much better. PPS is starting a big push in the US market, so you can expect to see more information on these guns soon!

Check out all of their products at their website listed below.

Well, the weird thing about the SR-2 based rifles is that their trigger mech is proprietary.

Uhhh I dunno anyone who makes an upgraded version. I'm pretty sure no one does. But that doesn't mean you can't reinforce it with some epoxy, if you don't mind getting your hands dirty and putting in some hours.

Please do not necropost... This thread is a year old :/

And, no. The Snow Wolf is the same gun as the Javelin M24. The Echo 1 ASR is its own gun. The Echo 1 M28 is also its own gun.

As for which one is better to get, they're all good except for the M28 just because the M28 has no parts for it. It'll be easier to find parts for the ASR in some aspects, while in other aspects, the SW/Javeling M24 has easy to find parts. Bottom line though is that both of the guns have parts for it that you'll have to order overseas.

Then again, parts availability is only an issue for some people. If you're one of those people who loves to DIY and stuff, then any gun is good. They're all about the same in quality. At the same time though, the M28 does have a 45 degree sear system, while the M24's have a 90 degree, so in that aspect, the M28 is the weaker gun too.

In the end it's your choice. If you're looking for your first gun, do not get any of these. Get a Bar-10 or a L96.

The sears themselves are metal so it should be fine, but you never know. it's the housing on the mech itself that's plastic.

Honestly I think you'd be better off buying the upgrade parts separate (I believe it's APS2 compatible) and then upgrade the spring later
