X95-ish Build, A simple compact prototype*

Hello ASR,
It's been a little over a year since I began this build:

For all you musicians, I've been busy building this:

And I have decided that that design is is flawed and is not worth completing.

But,

I have recently re-designed and have almost finished a new prototype.


This prototype design is simpler, easy to break down, switch internal components and more importantly, compact.
Current specs:
330mm barrel
600mm overall length
I'll have more pics and information over the following weeks as I make a new hop-up.

Is that a Version... 6 gearbox? Is there some sort of selector/safety? It looks pretty sweet, I would love to see more people build stuff like this. Please finish it!

Yes V6 Gearbox, No current safety or selector yet. I plan on purchasing one of these: http://www.evike.com/product_info.php?cPath=24_417&products_id=36749
