Hey ASR!!

For my RPK project, I need a black synthetic clubfoot stock for an AK. I know that there are no airsoft type stocks so I planned to get a real one and modify it to fit. So does anyone know where I could find an synthetic RPK clubfoot stock for cheap?

Looks like I have to tell you the sad news, as no one did it before me. There is no such thing as a free lunch where everyone fills their stomaches and the food is spared.

Be prepared: even a lowly second grade used Soviet wooden RPK stock would cost you around 50-60 USD depending the condition. The cheapest I have seen synthetic RPK stocks were around a hundred bucks.
Using RS parts were never cheap or easy.

I really don't care about the price seeing as I'm willing to sell a kidney for a synthetic one (inb4twss). If you still have it, could you link to where I could find said stock?

Real steel synthetic RPK stocks are pretty rare. They only made plum stocks that fit the standard tang, all of the black ones were made for the sidefolding variant iirc. Nobody will have a consistent stock of them. I've only seen a few plum stocks pop up on various forum classifieds in the past year or two and they generally cost upwards of $200. Given the way the AK surplus market is going, I wouldn't be surprised to see them break $300 the next time a few become available. I've never seen any RPK folding stock hardware or furniture for sale.

iirc Molot is getting into airsoft and might release a poly RPK-74 in the future. Might be worth waiting for as the gun will probably be just as expensive as the stock you want.
