Limey:
For reliability I would get the TM SPAS12, as long as you don't mind the plastic creaky body. However for the grin factor I say get the ACM M500 as it makes a far more satisfying noise both when fired and cocked, just be prepared to have to do some work on it. Common issues are the o rings leaking and the pump arms breaking due to being made from a mixture of old coke cans and dairylea. The gun should come with spare o rings and new pump arms are available from redwolf
I havn't owned either of the other 2 guns listed so I won't comment on them
Chris5110:
I own the folding stock version of the TM Spas 12 and the ACM M500. They are both great guns. I probably use the M500 more because it is easier to cock and 5 bbs per shot. The TM is nice but you can get something similar for alot less money with one of the clones and pick up more shells.
Trogdoor:
Huh, the Matrix M500 is kinda neat. All I've known of 4+BB shotguns is that they used individual shells that ejected like a real shotty. That Matrix clone let's you load up 3 "magazines" of 50 bbs and stores the gas seperately, tho the method of loading and "changing" the magazines seems to be a bit screwy
gogglesdog:
yes i just shot the 8mm m500 today at a game and it was very satisfying but i really like the shell system and spas 12 in general so im still undecided and thanks for the replys
