Deep in the Canadian wilderness lies a 400 sq-mile tract of land, once a region of fertile land and abundant resources, has now been all but stripped bare by the company that won the rights to the land after last years event. The company is pulling out of the region, leaving the remaining resources deep below the ground, where they have decided it is not worth digging for them.
The region has become a lawless land, and mercenary groups are being hired to secure future ownership for their funding parties, with the hope that the technology will some day exist to make the land worth something again.
This is a squad-based VIP capture scenario. Teams will be comprised of a squad of no more than 6 participants. Each team will have one VIP, their team leader.
This Op is written with the intent of MAXIMIZING trigger time.
Teams will have the same objective, CAPTURE and EXTRACT your target VIP. When you complete your objective, you will be given a new target VIP. The 2 teams with the highest amount of cap/extracts at the end of the time limit will face off in a team Vs team cage match in a secured location that will be spectated by the remaining teams. All other players may spectate the final match.
Team uniforms are restricted to same color and same pattern.
The Harris Wounded Rule will be used for all players. Enemy VIPs are moved by “dragging”, once a VIP begins being dragged by an enemy attempting to capture them, they may no longer move to respawn when their 5 minutes has expired, they must wait to either be captured by the enemy team or healed by a teammate.
Respawn: Players will respawn by traveling to the nearest base that is unoccupied and not being used in combat.
VIPs may not hinder movement of capturing team and may not escape, u if they are dropped, they wait in that position until moved again or healed by a teammate. VIPs may yell for help.
Extraction: Extraction will consist of meeting with a staff member and receiving a new target VIP, while the VIP deadrags his way back to his team.
