To cut a long story short: A while ago i decided to mod my Mini MP5 (i didn't really have any idea how to or why i should) and just after i had opened it up from the back something shot out at me. After that i pretty much just shoved it back in and shelved it for until now.
My only problem, besides a lack of knowledge about the internals of the mini, is this bit in the red square.
It is basically the front top sight and barrel tip. It is very firmly attached to the gun and i cant see any decent way to get it off, short of taking the hacksaw to it.
Does anyone or can anyone know of or recommend a good way to get this as it is the only bit that is standing in the way of me and a decent look at the internals of this gun.
Some history on the gun: I picked it up a while ago for about £10 and have owned it for about 2yrs and it has suffered quite a bit of external (not sure about internal damage because i cant get in there) damage. The button and clip that hold the stock on have broke, the removable flash hider at the front has been lost, due to a very long drop the hopper slider that holds the BB's in the gun has been lost also. So im not to concerned about the outcome of my tamperings with it.
Once again any and all help appreciated.
Oh and please dont call me a fool, arse, idiot etc for opening up a gun with no really idea of what to expect because i all ready know it wasnt a good idea.
