CA m15a2 double shooting
« on: March 17, 2006, 06:42:05 PM »

I just recently put a brand new outer barrel on my CA m15a2.  When I put the thing back together and went to shoot it, the first trigger pull would result in nothing and the second trigger pull would send 2 bbs practically rolling out of the barrel.  They would only go about 10 ft. On full auto, the same thing happens with it skipping some shots and then sending 2 together with no juice at all.  HEELP!!!

Is it new? Have you done anything to it? Try playing around with the hopup, and lube your mags.

I got it in the summer...No internal upgrades at all...I never had any problems with it until I disassembled it. I was using brand new inertia .25g BBs...are they bad BBs or is that not part of the problem at all? I will try playing with the hop-up.

BBs wouldn't cause a consistent faliure. What exactly did you do to it when you disassembled it? What did you take apart?

It's possible that you bent the inner barrel. If thats the case you'll need a new one. First thing I'd try would be cleaning the barrel.

Did you ever get the problem fixed? If so, what was it?
