I placed an order December 23rd. Almost a month later (and paying for 5-8 day shipping) and no package. USPS doesn't even have a record of it. Customer service hasn't been any help at all.

I was charged for the order, but I did not receive a tracking number until after I emailed them several times about it. In the end, customs decided to hold my order for over a month, and I finally received it last week. It was really customs to blame, but I wish ehobby would have said a little more than "Sorry, we can't really do anything unless you have proof that customs seized it".

Airsoftgi ships fast, there inventory has always been correct for me.
hitguns, ordered a jg high torque motor, had it in two days.
EBAirsoft, so far so good with them, ordered multiple items, all but on has shipped so far. Little worried, ordered a DBoys GP-25 and it still hasnt shipped. They are pretty fast to respond when something is out of stock so im hoping its just taking a while to get out.
Uncompany.... Angry at them right now, ordered a kobra red dot replica from them. They took my money and then waited a month to tell me it wasnt in stock. Still waiting for refund.
EHobbyasia..... same as uncompany, ordered the GP-25 from them first, took for ever and many emails to them just for them to tell me it was out of stock. Still waiting for refund.
I wish it didnt take a week for these HK retailers to respond to a question. I emailed EBAirsoft if they had the GP-25 instock and all they responded was do you want refund, not sure if I responded properly. I said "I would like a refund if you dont have it in stock, if you do have it please ship it" Now im gonna have to wait another week to for a response. Now im not sure if I should order the GP-25 from gunnerairsoft, dont want them to sell out if I dont get it from ebairsoft.
