Heres what happend. After firing a few rounds, which shot nicely, in my M16 that just came in today in excitement, my M16 couldn't cycle another round. I was firing in semi and let go of the trigger before it could cycle a whole shot, switched to full and squeezed, nothing. The only audible sound is a click probably from the motor trying to cycle, my assumption was that something was holding the gears. After several hours of taking down the gun and inspecting the gearbox, I noticed that the piston was fully compressed and the sector gear was about halfway through. So I put the gearbox and the gun together and tried firing again, nothing. This time I'm suspecting that its the battery. I wired up a mini battery (with a large connector) to the M16 and it still couldn't cycle, but I'm guessing this battery is low because I havn't charged it for weeks and used it a few times. I pulled out my multimeter and checked my large battery's voltage and noticed it was at 7.6-7.7v so I figured I just needed to charge it. Right now I'm charging the battery and hoping that its just a low battery.
For my problem I'm just asking for leads on what could be stopping the motor from moving. It doesn't make a whirring sound and I also inspected the gaers itself so I'm sure they are fine.
