Yes, just get a scope mount. If you search at any retailer, or look around, you'll find one

Why? AK + ris and rds = :-X

IMHO AK's are the type of guns that just need to be left alone externally or they look UGLY (besides making it "full metal" and add real wood, a new stock maybe,......you get what I mean)

Indeed. If you want a 'tacticool' gun than get an ArmaLite. A question though... will this be your first AEG?

there is a rail on the side of the gun that comes with the ICS.  i dont think other brands have this stock.  the mount attaches to that rail, and then extends to the top of the gun, where you can mount a rds, scope or whatever you want.

You can also get the ICS rail kit. And dont let the purists scare you, if you want a tacticool AK, go for it. Whatever floats your boat man, just be prepared to work out so you can carry it, this sucker is heavy. Other then that, i love mine, and i just recently had it upgraded.
