im gonna order a JG g36c soon so i was wondering how long of a tight bore i should get. and i would also like to know whitch type to get.

The G36c takes a 247mm barrel and madbull is supposed to make a good and cheap barrel.

I'd get a systema from ehobbyasia.  It's about $35 shipped, and is much better quality than madbull.  If you have the money, then get a prometheus or a super accurate 6.01 barrel from www.deescustoms.com

i just ordered a madbull 6.03 tightbore, will be here monday hopefully. will tell you how much it helps.

for an AEG, i would NOT get a 6.01 unless it was meant to be a highly upgraded DMR like a PSG-1,M14, etc.

Care to elaborate? I was under the impression that as long as you use high quality BB's and keep your barrel clean and lubed. That there would be no problem.

1: Yes... JG is a total clone. No modification necessary.
2: Hes saying because a regular AEG, unlike one modified to the role of a DMR, would undoubtedly have a jam sooner or later causing barrel scratchadge.

ok thanx i never remember if its JG or BE that has the mods. id hate to have a bb jam in a 6.01 and then have to ram a cleaning rod down it. that just makes me shudder. i do real steel so i no that cleaning rods can cause big problems if u dont use the right. if only u could use bore snakes for air soft -_-

My JG G36c takes Mag midcaps fine. And I don't see why he can't use a 6.01 if he is using AE's.

I'd downgrade your gun to a 100 spring also.
