If you cannot pick them all off, try to suppress them so your team can enter the building. If you can, breach the entryway with the assistance of a frag grenade. That should at least get you in the door, and under some cover from the enemies engaging you outside. There are disadvantages to being inside also, but that wasn't the question. Just my 2 cents.

The first provided link to room clearing (MOUT)....is so wrong. Even though many units have different SOPs on room clearing...that nifty looking play by play of how to clear a room is so wrong on all unit standards. If you want to die use that strategy. Why is that diagram wrong? Well the number one key to room clearing is to get out of the fatal funnel - meaning the area in front of the door way. I could post a the correct way to clear a room but I'm pretty sure you can just google it.

Just know to...

- Move to your point of domination

- Stay out of the **** fatal funnel ( area in front of the doorway where all the bad guys are going to be aiming )

- Know your sectors of fire
