I use a ICS M4 so for me anywhere from 2-4 seconds. I use open top Mag pouches and have a dump pouch. =)

To change a mag it dont usually take more and 3-5 seconds as long as you have your mags in easy reach it takes NO time, my suggestion is if you have any ammo pouches have them right were your hand goes and when your running low have it open so you can grab it and change it asap
