I was just wondering if anyone had experience with Depot53's customer service in resolving order problems.
I noticed the sale just over a week ago and decided to purchase several cybergun springers (since I'm an airsoft noob and just want to have some fun in the backyard plinking w/ my son & his friends). I placed the order last Sunday, went through the age verify Monday, was processed Tuesday, shipped on Wed and recv'd it yesterday (so 7 day turnaround, not bad for ground shipping). They did call me on Tuesday and told me one of the guns didn't fire correctly (a pistol-grip shotgun), and none left in stock so they replaced it with a model w/ a red-dot scope and retractable stock free of charge, was very pleased.
The first issue - I ordered 3 rifles and 4 pistols, and only recv'd 3 pistols (!) so I am hoping they will send the missing one. Apparently they give a free 1000 count .12 blue bb's w/ speed loader bottle, got seven of those to match my order - that was a nice bonus. dumped one in a ziploc to use for my .2's

The second issue - one of the rifles is a clear M16A1 that seems to have misaligned sights, and has really poor shot groupings (and I only used the .2 recommended ammo) - while the shotgun (once the scope was aligned) and clear A15 are pretty dead-on target. Not sure if the vendor can help with this or should I go to cybergun for a warranty replacement here.
