I was thinking It would be cool to convert an ICS AK74 into this.
http://www.arcoefrecce.it/softair/customizer/ak_english.htm
barrel=AK74
scope=El-Op 6 x 40
mag=short
buttstock=sniper

this would take the following...
1.ICS AK74
2.TM short mag
3.Any random AK mount
4.Any random scope
5.ASGD Meda V1 Stock for AK
6.Any random buttstock shell holder
7.Internal upgrades.

are these parts even compatible with the ICS AK? It would be amazingly cool to show up at a game with that.

Well, I find that pretty much anything can be done with the back if you have the ingenuity to force what you need to be done. Like PasticMag says though, that stock is going to give you this: No room for the motor & pertinent gearbox space, and if you managed to find a stock that does, for the back you'd need to modify it by removing the two prongs and then probably screw the stock into the remainder of the metal. DO NOT attempt this as it is speculation, and i'd have to see both the part and rear of the gun to draw a better conclusion. That ICS externally is beautiful as-is, but i guess if you liked that sort of buttstock maybe some obscure place has an airsoft-compatible one.
Search.

PS. thanks to PlasticMag for the MGS2 Russian Pic
