From a wrestler, work one muscle group at a time, over a set period of time. Work on stamina, them move to resistance, then start your AS training. In my day, i ran 4 miles, them did 4 minutes of wallsits(good for thighs), then 4 sets of 15reps of mountain climbers, alternating with pushups, then 5 mins of crunches, eighty sets of lateral shaking, called shimmies, then rapped it up with wrestling. Switch the wrestling with your rifle, regiment, or other tactical exercise. I did this for four weeks, and ended up with twelve percent body fat, and a killer set of legs. Wrestling focuses on endurance, so it should work out well!
