ok so i have the G&G GR16 and in the area i play i need to be makeing shots at up to 200 ft. so far my gun is all stock but i wan to buy a TB and a RAS handguard and flash hider to hide a longer barrel i also need help selecting which parts would fit in my gun and increase the Fps by 100. i was also wondering what TB thength i would need to extend to the end of the flash hider. heres the flashider http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_info.php?products_id=2489. thanks

Maybe a post like that doesn't help him OR answer his question.  As he already stated, he already OWNS the M4.

That JBU extension says it is 210mm on length and your M4 barrel is 363mm.  363+210=573; 573-10mm=563mm (I took off 10mm because the extension has to screw on and therefore your inner barrel length will be reduced slightly).  You can easily run an M16 length tight bore through there.  If you are no budget, spring for a PDI 6.01mm barrel.  If you are on a budget, you can use Madbull, Systema, JBU, Deepfire as budget barrels.  Along with that I reccomend a metal one piece hop-up unit (if it doesn't have it already) and a FireFly or Promy bucking.  Just adding a good quality tight bore and a good bucking can probably get you out to 180' EFFECTIVELY.  This does not mean you cannot make 200' shots, I am merely saying your maximum accuracy will probably be around there (with proper BB weights of course).  Now I am unsure of the stock velocity of your gun, but if you are shooting any where from 330-35 fps /w .2g BBs, you can expect up to a 20 fps increase with just the barrel and bucking.  HOWEVER, if you do run an M16 length barrel you will need to swap out your cylinder for a type 0, unported one.

ok it was shooting 350 with a 8.4v when it left airsoft gi and im running a 9.6 and i was looking at the DBU inner barrel and ill need to check on the hopup and if i upgraded the spring to a 130 would i need to do anything else to it along with the spring

I am not sure on the internals of a G&G, but if you have metal bushings, metal spring guide with bearings, good quality gears you should be alright with it.  I would think G&G would have a pretty good strength mechbox, so I wouldn't worry about that too much.  You might just want to buy a compression kit (air nozzle, cylinder head, piston head/piston) and run the tight bore.  With those you can probably get close to 375 fps w / .2g which is plenty for the type of shots you want to make.

G&G is fine with a m120 which is about 420 fps. Mine stock could effectively go 150 feet. All you need internally is a spring and a nicer quality tightbore.

With an m120 you should be able to get around 200 effectively.

Get the nicest tightbore you can.

yea mine stock can go that far too but i need that extra feet to take out my friend who has a echo 1 G3 and i want to outrange him and im asking airsoft gi what i would need to get to keep from wearing out my gears to fast with a bigger spring and is there any tightbores you would recomen besides the DBU

I have the G&G M4.  The barrel length is 357mm not 363mm (which isn't a big deal but thought I would say that).  I don't know about the mock silencer because it adds 200mm in length which then you could have 557mm in barrel length.  A M16 barrel is only 509mm leaving you 46mm without a barrel.  I am not sure how much that would effect anything but that doesn't seem right to me.  I like Madbull barrels and currently have one with it awesome and added quite a few fps.  I think the G&G only comes with a M100 or M110 spring but I would think it would handle a M120 but anything more I would upgrade the internals, as in like a FTK.

Also look at the Kings Arm Hop up unit for the M16.  It is a great hop up unit that will give you better compression which means more FPS.  Do what you can without opening the gearbox.

ok thanks and i was looking at a 130 spring and i can upgrade it myself so thas not a problem and ill need to look for the king arms hopup

Ya get that Kings Arms Hop up.  I got one because I heard great things about it but until today experienced the greatness myself.  Awesome hop up!  Got a Guarder bucking and Big Out H nub to go with it and it shots awesome.  More fps, accuracy and range.  Highly recommend!

Doesn't it have ball bearing bushings is why they didn't install such a high spring, because the 6mm bushings can't take such a high spring like an m120 or more, or does it just have regular steel bushings?

for a hop up bucking Prometheus + H nub or firefly(no H nub) or if on a budget systema bucking + H nub
for a barrel go with Systema over Madbull or if you can afford it Prometheus barrels are very good (PDI is expensive and overkill for what you need)

ok last thing before i get the ras i was wondering if theres any way to attach a rail to the bottom of the standard handguard where theres holes

Now ,I don't know about you but my G&G(lr300) came stock with 7mm bearing bushings.  Yeah, big surprise. I slapped in a guarder air nozzle and it was getting 420-440fps.  What I did(and I recommend for you) is to get a promy barrel(from asgi or ehobby).  Make it the ak47 length and buy any normal sized mock silencer/barrel extension thing(so no stubby things here).  Just those upgrades make 200ft shots easy.  If you really need more power get a pdi 190% spring.  I would say don't get the m140 for 2 reasons.
1. You'll need to upgrade most of the gearbox.  The gears won't take the stress well and the motor sucks.
2. It may not be field legal and/or your friends are not going to want to get shot by a 450fps gun.
