Can this fit any other metal M4 body?

^The strike face? It will fit anything with a 14mm- threaded muzzle, but it works best with free float RIS systems where the muzzle is just inside the RIS. You can put the whole RIS and front end on any other M4, metal or not, provided it has standard delta ring threading.

No, I mean, would it be possible to put an after-market metal body on the gun?

Yes, it uses a standard metal body, so you can swap it out if you feel the need.

Do you know how long the strike face is? I want to purchase one, and stick it on my m4, and I want to have the longest possible TB to put inside. Can you give me some advice on how long of a tightbore I should get? My stock barrel is 363mm

I actually don't have the gun anymore and can't measure it for you. Sorry.

Could you give me your best estimate of how long it was? Like if I compared it to a regular birdcage flash hider?

Comparing it in the pic to the battery box, it's about 4.5" long.

Yes, you can. I used DBoys pins on mine, and it worked like a dream.
