Not to mention only about 750 of the real IBHs were made. You see them once in a while but they're pretty rare. Navy SEALs and PJs got ahold of most of them.

Indeed. The stock chin strap system is also more secure than the stock MICH chin straps. However I've heard that supposedly the airsoft IBHs run a tad big. Can anyone confirm this?
