Well I finally got my KWA M1911 back from Sir-Plus today. I was excited to go shoot so I loaded up a mag with gas and went outside to shoot, I pulled the trigger......and nothing. After racking the slide, checking the magazines and cursing I went back inside to examine it. I field stripped it and found the problem, it was in the shop because it was jammed up and I couldn't do anything about it. They had to pretty much tear the slide off and fix a pin that caused it to lock up. Well that pin was missing, but I found it in the box they gave back to me. It is located just in front of where the hammer rotates, pushing the firing pin that presses the valve on the magazine. Without that tiny pin the gun cannot fire. I put it back in, but it only fires when I shake the gun and the pin falls back into a groove in the hammer, then it'll fire and then I have to shake the gun around in order for the pin to move back into position, it's also completely fallen out sometimes. I need this up an running for a large game tomorrow? Help?
pics will be up soon once I reassemble it. I tried getting into the trigger system but failed and I'm trying to get the safety spring back in the gun.
