Actually the gun sort of looks like Umarex took the P99 and a SPAS12 shotgun and sort of molded the two guns together. IMO

Performance almost seems unbelievable for it's price. Even if it only holds 30 rounds, throw a couple speed loaders in your pockets and you can make a good loaner/ cheap primary. Hows it holding out so far? Any chance of seeing a quick firing demo like your D-Boys Lipo vid?  ;D

I was just wondering what material the inner barrel is made of, in your review pictures it seems to have an orange tint to it, but in the clear version it appears to be made of aluminum. It's not really a deal breaker, I was just curious.

It appears to be aluminum. The tint in the pic is due to the orange tip surrounding it.

Thanks, that's sorta what I was thinking anyway. Looks like a lot of fun though, definitely on my to-buy list, hehehe.

Maruzen makes some M1100 models which are semi-auto and shell ejecting. Pretty low power though.

I thought this was a great review.
I think I'll hold off on buying it until there's a takedown guide out there for this gun though, I have a tendency to destroy guns when I take them apart..

I have no intention of taking this thing apart. It’s not designed to be disassembled, so I wouldn’t worry about it. Just put some lube on top of the valve when changing tanks and to clean the barrel occasionally and you should be good to go.

I think you missed this part ^

I wouldn't attempt to disassemble this gun either, there really is no reason to do so since it runs off a proprietary design.  ;)

Hah, yeah I guess I did miss that. I'm glad you showed that to me now, or i'd have a big mess of parts on my hands.

No prob man, I thought it was strange that you contemplating taking apart a gun that even booligan recommend not to.  :o I'm pretty sure it can be done, but seems advantageous to do so since it's kinda a "no hassle" design. Only benefit I see in disassembly is to try and transplant into another form factor(SPAS12, Saiga, ect.), which would be awesome.

On a plus note I got to hold this at my local sporting goods store less than 3 blocks from my house. Best thing is that it's about $15-$20 cheaper there than if I ordered from pyramydair.com so it will surely be mine next time I got some spending cash!  ;D

There's really not much to break with it. I'm on my 2nd CO2 cartridge with mine (about 1000 shots total through it so far) and haven't seen any issues. Simple guns are great guns, lol.

The trigger pull is harder than most AEGs. If kind of feels like the trigger pull on the DE/UTG/TSD M3 series shotguns.

There are two models, one that shoots .177 caliber metal BBs, and the one reviewed here, that shoots 6mm plastic BBs.
