Kapowwe to the rescue!

If you remember yesterday's rant about AirSplat, I was in a pickle. Let me restate, though, that the AirSplat sales staff was great and did their job 100%.

Well, I called around to find a retailer that could deliver the JG AUG A3 before the end of the week and at a resonable price. I called a couple places and was told they were out of stock, then I called Kapowwe.com. The woman I spoke with was friendly and understanding of my situation. That evening I received the UPS tracking number and I am excited to say that the airsoft replica will be delivered tomorrow, in time for me to attach my scope and sight it in with my .36g BBs.

I should have called them first. Thank you Kapowwe!

He got a UPS tracking number, so I'd say they used UPS to ship it....

That's a pretty good price for that quick of a shipment. Thank you for this information, I will defiantly be considering using Kapowwe in the future

The AUG arrived about 30 minutes ago. I loaded it up and went into the basement and wasted a Pringles can. Seeing a new, unused and unbroken AUG, I am even more upset with AirSplat. There were pieces missing off the old one that I never noticed until I saw a new, working one. Hey, at least I'm back to 100% now.

I would like to add that I have also had many positive experiences with kappowwe and would recommend buying from them. I've probably ordered over 20 guns from them and never had a problem with any of them. They sometimes use Fedex too which usually is a day or two faster than ups.

if sales go down and a company gets a lot of complaints they will start losing money! and we all know that money makes the world go round!! Kapowwe is trying to make a new name for themselves and it seems to be working!

I used to be constantly frustrated with Evike, and now years later I almost only order from them.  The power of good customer service is large.
