Nice review...

I've been thinking of getting a new pair of goggles and was thinking of getting some Revision Desert Locusts, but i might go for the Wolfspider's instead. I can't seem to find a place to purchase them yet, do you know of any places where you can get the basic kit?

Honestly, I don't even think the Wolfspiders are available for sale yet. I would expect to see them for sale in the next month or so.

I'm curious... Booligan, how do these compare to ESS Profile NVGs? Also, which company do you prefer, ESS or Revision?

The frame of the Wolfspider is stiffer than the ESS frame, and it SEEMS like it would prevent intrusion through the frame better than the ESS, but the ESS has the cortex clip, so it's a moot point. They all are great systems, just get whichever one picks your personal style.

As for which I prefer, both work really well for my needs. I normally run the ESS setup w/ cortex clip in CQB, where the risk of intrusion is high, and the Revision ones for longer outdoor engagement distances. I try to give all my gear use, so I switch it all up sometimes.

Great review Booligan!

I have owned the Bullet Ant goggles for many months now and I cant stress enough how much I love them! I can wear them for hours and they never tire my skin or face.

I did run into some fogging problems when I first got mine. All I had to do was remove the inner foam lining from the frame's honeycomb mesh. That worked like a charm by improving airflow! I have not had them fog since in neither hot nor cold weather.
