yeah, saw those 500-800$$, basicly any pre 1950's gun that could be turned into a sniper would be awesome..

If your handy with machines and have the right tools, you can make a Dboys Kar 98k use VSR/Bar 10 internals. It's been done before.

've heard of this done with the RS, but not with the Dboys. If your referring to the one in the classifieds, it was made from the RS, if I understood it correctly.

Ahh yes, the Dboys mod has been done before, I've just never found a guide myself...I kinda want to implement VSR-10 parts in my spare CA M24 stock...OT...

One of the easier things is just to base the gun off of VSR-10 (internals, upper receiver and outer barrel) and just mod a stock around it as well as some extra externals to match the gun you're replicating. You can pick up used stocks relatively easily and cheaply. The local gun store around me sells naked wood Real Steel stocks for 20 bucks each. You can find some cool stocks in there, and I wouldn't be surprised to find a Mosin stock there. I was just there the other day and I could see maybe 2 in the stock bin.

I like Mosins.

It's probably a PDI Raven cylinder. Either that or he painted it. Judging by the date of the video, it is possible
