After starting the first version of Airsoft Retreat in May of 2000, Snicker has continued to be the man behind the scenes keeping the site operational. Snicker creates all of the code and databases to make the site run as well as handling the front-end business tasks.
Snicker is active in the Dallas/Ft. Worth airsoft airsoft scene. Besides the obvious airsoft obsession, Snicker spends a lot of time with his family and some other hobbies include classic cars (69 Dodge Charger - General Lee) and video games. On a professional level Snicker is a law enforcement officer in Texas.

Cheesehead has been an avid airsofter since 2003. After writing many reviews he was promoted to review editor, and after Supergeek vacated the position he became the review administrator. Site duties include forum moderation, review posting, and overseeing the review process. Cheesehead lives in central Wisconsin, where he enjoys, Airsofting, ATV riding, fishing, and shooting sports. He is currently employed as a help desk technician for a community bank, but has also been a produce clerk, postal worker, and a hardware store cashier. He is also a founding member of Team GOPMAT, based out of Wausau Wisconsin, and can often be found playing at Airsoft Battle Zone in Fairchild Wisconsin.

Jason "KornKob" Robinson has held a number of jobs. Day care teacher at a drug treatment center to a bar manager at a place on the wrong side of the tracks, kitchen manager to Military Police, cigar and scotch advisor to convenience store attendant, help desk supervisor and unemployed bum—he’s done quite a lot before stumbling into an internal testing position at Raven Software that happened to be based right in his home town, Madison, WI.
